| 促甲状腺激素受体调控动物季节性繁殖的研究进展 |

| 摘要: |
| 为了解绵羊季节性繁殖关键基因促甲状腺激素受体(Thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor，TSHR)的研究现状，对近年来国内外相关文献进行了整理与分析，总结TSHR基因特征及其调控动物卵巢功能和季节性繁殖的分子机制。结果表明:TSHR基因及其蛋白结构在动物中高度保守，并在动物多种组织中广泛表达；TSHR基因通过cAMP依赖性途径调控卵巢功能；TSHR与TSHβ相互作用间接调控T3浓度，T3通过作用于性腺轴调节动物发情性状。综上，TSHR基因对绵羊季节性繁殖至关重要，建议深入对TSHR在哺乳动物季节性繁殖调控中作用机制进行研究，以此解决绵羊季节性繁殖中存在的疑难问题。 |

| To understand the research status of thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR), a key gene for sheep seasonal reproduction, relevant domestic and foreign literatures were sorted out and analyzed, and the characteristics of TSHR gene and its regulation of animal ovarian function and seasonal reproduction molecular mechanism. The results showed that TSHR gene and its protein structure are highly conserved in animals and widely expressed in various animal tissues; TSHR gene regulates ovarian function through a cAMP-dependent pathway, and it interacts with TSHβ to indirectly regulate the concentration of T3. Then T3 acts on the gonadal axis to regulate estrus traits of animals. In conclusion, it can be seen that the TSHR gene is very important for the seasonal reproduction of sheep. It is recommended to conduct in-depth research on the mechanism of TSHR in the regulation of seasonal reproduction of mammals to solve the difficult problems in the seasonal reproduction of sheep. |
