某甜瓜产区土壤重金属污染评价及果实膳食风险分析

摘要:
为评估某产区土壤重金属污染水平及产出甜瓜果实的膳食健康风险,在评估区域采集土壤及对应甜瓜果实样品各41份,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析瓜田土壤及甜瓜果实Cu、Cd、As、Cr和Ni 5种重金属含量;利用单因子污染指数法以及Nemero综合污染指数法探讨重金属污染特征;通过目标危害系数(THQ)和总非致癌风险指数(HI)评价甜瓜果实中重金属的膳食健康风险。结果表明:41份土壤试样中,Cr、Ni、Cd和Cu 4种重金属含量的最大值均小于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值,As含量平均值为风险筛选值的2.75倍,且32%样点的As污染达中度水平,Cd最大值污染指数接近轻度污染临界值,所有样点综合污染程度达中度污染;41份甜瓜果实样品THQ和HI均远小于1。说明评估区域存在土壤重金属污染的现象,主要污染重金属为As和Cd,5种重金属对产出甜瓜果实膳食安全的影响并不高。

Assessment of soil heavy metal pollution and analysis of fruit dietary risk in a melon production area

Abstract:
To evaluate the level of heavy metal pollution in soil and the dietary health risk of melon fruit in a melon producing area, 41 soil samples and corresponding 41 melon fruit samples were taken. ICP-MS was used to analyze the soil, melon fruit and 5 kinds of heavy metal content of Cu, Cd, As, Cr and Ni. Single factor pollution index method and comprehensive pollution index method were applied to investigate the Nemero heavy metal pollution characteristics. The Target Hazard Quotient(THQ)and Total non-carcinogenic risk index(HI)were adopted to investigate the heavy metals in melon fruit for dietary health risks evaluation. The results showed that: The maximum values of Cr, Ni, Cd and Cu in 41 soil samples were all lower than the screening value of agricultural soil pollution risk. The average content of As was 2. 75 times of the risk screening value. The arsenic pollution of 32% of the samples reached the moderate pollution level. The pollution index of Cd maximum value was close to the critical value of mild pollution. The comprehensive pollution degree of all samples was moderate, and the THQ and HI of melon fruit were far less than 1. In conclusion, the soil heavy metal pollution existed in the assessment area, and the main pollution heavy metals were As and Cd. The effects of the five heavy metals on the dietary safety of melon fruits were not high.
