苋菜AmSPL基因家族转录组鉴定及表达分析

摘要:
为明确SPL(Squamosa Promoter Binding Protein Like)在苋菜中的功能,基于‘全红’苋菜转录组数据库筛选获得17个SPL家族成员,并进行生物信息学分析预测。结果表明,17 个AmSPL蛋白分别由186~777 个氨基酸组成,相对分子量从20.53~88.27 ku。构建AmSPL与拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana L.)16个AtSPL成员系统进化树,并根据AtSPLs基因家族的分类标准将AmSPL成员分为6组。实时荧光定量PCR分析表明,在黑暗条件下,AmSPLs的表达量均高于蓝光下,推测AmSPLs的表达可能通过某种方式受到蓝光的负调控。预测分析其中的8 个AmSPL可能是miR156的靶基因。

Transcriptome-wide identification and expression analysis of AmSPL family members in Amaranthus tricolor L.

Abstract:
In order to clarify the function of SPL in Amaranth, 17 members of SPL family were screened based on the database of ‘all-red' Amaranth transcriptome and bioinformatics analysis was used for prediction. The results showed that: The 17 AmSPL proteins were composed of 186-777 amino acids with relative molecular weight from 20. 53 to 88. 27 ku. A phylogenetic tree AmSPL and 16 AtSPL members of Arabidopsis was constructed, and the AmSPL members were divided into 6 groups according to the classification criteria of AtSPLs gene family. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis displayed that the expression of AmSPLs in dark was higher than that in blue light. It was speculated that the expression of AmSPLs might be negatively regulated by blue light in some way. The 8 AmSPLs might be the target genes of miR156.
