苜蓿草颗粒饲料对鹅生长性能、肠道长度和血液生化指标的影响

摘要:
为研究苜蓿草颗粒饲料对鹅生长性能、肠道长度和血液生化指标的影响,选用21日龄、体重相近(出壳时间和体重基本一致)、健康的扬州鹅300只,将其随机分为5组,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组,每组3次重复,每个重复20只,整个饲养试验期7周.前3周添加的苜蓿草粉依次为:0、8%、12%、16%和20%,而后4周添加的苜蓿草粉依次为:0、12%、16%、20%和24%. 结果表明:1)42和70日龄,对照组和各试验组鹅的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比无显著性差异;2)42和70日龄,试验Ⅱ组鹅空肠长度和试验Ⅲ组鹅盲肠长度显著高于对照组(P <0.05),而回肠长度各组之间无显著差异;3)42和70日龄,试验Ⅱ组鹅血清的血清总蛋白和谷草转氨酶含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),而谷丙转氨酶则显著低于对照组(P <0.05),试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组鹅血清的血糖均显著低于对照组(P <0.05).综上所述,苜蓿草粉颗粒饲料能够提高扬州鹅肠道长度和改善血液生化指标,但对生长性能无影响.从本试验结果来看,21~42日龄和43~70日龄,苜蓿草粉最佳添加水平分别为16%和20%.

Effects of alfalfa pellet feed on growth performance, intestinal length and serum parameters of geese

Abstract:
This study was performed to investigate the effects of alfalfa pellet feed on growth performance,intestinal tract length and serum parameters of geese.Three hundred healthy Yangzhou geese aged 21-d were chosen and randomly divided into 5 groups (control group and groups Ⅰ to Ⅳ) with 3 replicates and 20 geese per replicate,the trial was 7 weeks.The diets of experimental groups were supplemented with 8% (group Ⅰ),12% (group Ⅱ),16% (group Ⅲ) and 20% (group Ⅳ) alfalfa meal in the first 3 weeks and 12% (group Ⅰ),16%(group Ⅱ),20% (group Ⅲ) and 24% (group Ⅳ) in the last 4 weeks.The results showed as follows:1) There were no difference on the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to gain among all groups at 42 and 70 days of age;2) At 42 and 70 days of age,the jejunum length of group Ⅱ and the cecum length of group III were significantly longer than those in control group (P< 0.05),but there is no difference in the ileum length;3) At 42 and 70 days of age,the content of TP and GOT of serum in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05),but the content of GPT was on the contrary.The content of GLU in all experimental groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05).In conclusion,alfalfa pellet feed can improve blood biochemical indexes and intestinal length,but have no affect growth performance.At 21 to 42 days and 43 to 70 days of age,the 16% and 20% of alfalfa meal was the best,respectively.
