PLC多级控制在粪水资源再生系统中的应用

摘要:
为了以粪水为原料生产有机肥、再生水和沼气,并利用沼气进行发电,同时解决由于粪水排放造成的污染,设计了采用可编程控制器(S7-200 PLC)作为数据采集器及控制器的粪水资源再生控制系统.该系统主要由絮凝设备、升流式厌氧污泥床、膜生物反应器和臭氧除菌设备等组成,实现了粪水中固体与液体的彻底分离,并可进行两级水处理;以LABWindows CVI为远程管理软件平台,采用智能化温/湿度计、化学需氧量(COD)传感器及生化耗氧量(BOD)传感器测控参量,实现了对设备不间断监测、远程控制等.粪水资源再生系统实际生产结果表明:日处理粪水约400 t、日生产完全脱水有机肥15 t,再生水化学需氧量小于120 mg/L、悬浮固体小于30 mg/L、pH7~8,处理后的粪水满足循环水使用标准及国家二级排放标准.

Abstract:
To produce plant food, regenerative water and electric power from manure; and control the environmental pollution by dung bath a PLC controller was designed for a dung resource regeneration system, The system is made up of a flocculation device, a UASB and a MBR and is controlled by the self-designed PLC, The practical use of this system shows that it can dispose of 400 t dung and produce 15 t plant food in which COD is less than 120 mg/L and SS less than 30 mg/L and pH value is about 7-8.
