| 本文论述了中国农业大学研究生教育改革和发展的简要历程、研究生教育的成绩和基本经验,及研究生教育发展方向和重点的思考。认为：应该正确处理教育规模、质量和效益的关系；应该深化改革，积极推动学科组织创新、研究生培养管理体制创新和培养制度创新；应该进一步完善研究生教育评估制度。 |

| In this article, a brief introduction was given to the history of the graduate education reform and development of China Agricultural University. The progress and experience of graduate education were summarized and evaluated. The future development and development priorities for graduate education were fully discussed. Suggestions are put forward that focus on best balancing the student enrollment, quality and benefit; actively promoting creation of discipline building, management system and education system for graduate education as well as further improving evaluation system for graduate education, |
