基于组件技术的猪肉安全生产全程数字化监控系统

摘要:
选用WindowsNTServer操作系统平台、SQLServer 2 0 0 0数据库管理系统和VB .NET系统作为开发工具 ,采用了n层体系结构和可重用组件技术。系统主要包括养殖生产过程、屠宰加工和市场销售等 3个应用模块 ,根据猪肉生产不同阶段的要求 ,在各应用模块中建立了档案管理、安全监控、标准法规和警级监控等子系统。系统中的畜体标识保留了原塑料耳标中的数字编码 ,同时增加了与数字编码一致的二维条形码 (datamatrix) ,提高了自动识别水平。系统的警级预报子系统 ,可自动判断生产操作是否违反法规和标准 ,并及时报警。系统为信息技术在畜牧业的运用提供了一种组件化的基础框架。

Global digital control system for pork safetyly production based on component technology
Abstract:
The technologies of Windows Server, SQL server 2000 network database and VB.NET were taken as developing tools in the process of system research. The system consists of three modules, hoggery module, slaughterhouse module, and distribution module. There are four subsystems in each module, recording management subsystem; safety monitoring subsystem; standard and statute subsystem; and yellow alarm management subsystem. The figure coding of the original plastic ear tag was kept down and a 2-D data matrix, having the same information as the coding, as animal identification in system was added. As a result, the automatically identifying capability of ear tag was improved. The yellow alarm subsystem can automatically give an alert for illegal acts in pork production processing.
