我国昆虫病原线虫生物防治应用研究进展

摘要:
综述了国内昆虫病原线虫的优良品系筛选,防治对象,田间侵染力,耐药性方面的研究。我国已筛选出多个线虫品系,用于田间防治,近期发现小杆科和双胃科的线虫有生防价值。国内研究集中于小卷蛾线虫,芜菁夜蛾线虫和异上杆线虫对40多种害虫的防治,田间防效达70%以上。线虫施用技术,生活习性及搜索方式直接影响其侵染力。应用保湿剂,抗干燥剂及干燥脱水等技术为线虫的储运和防治食叶害虫提供了方便。低毒化学农药不影响线虫的存活和田间侵染力,可以混合使用。我国还应进一步开发利用丰富的线虫资源。

Progress of Applied Research on Entomopathogenic Nematodes in Biological Control in China
Abstract:
The progress of applied research on entomopathogenic nematodes(EPNs) in China was summarized. The strains in Steinernema carpocapsae, S.feltiae and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora have been mass produced for pest control in China. More than 10 recent selected strains belonging to Rhabditidae and Diplogasteridae were excellent biocontrol agents against pests. Three of them were produced for field use. More than 40 pests were tested with EPNs. The field control effect was 70% or more. Applying techniques, pest search strategies and desiccation tolerance of EPNs were influence factors for sieging pests in field. EPNs' sensitive and tolerance to chemical pesticides were discussed. Lower poison chemical pesticides could be mixed with EPNs for pest control. We suggested that EPNs could be used as bio monitors to inspect environmental pollution caused by chemical pesticides. The existed weak parts of research in China were pointed out.
