混流式水轮机转轮X型叶片的水力特性

摘要:
X型叶片作为国外先进水轮机设备的关键部件,对其结构和水力特性的研究是很有必要的。在反复设计和计算的基础上,摸索和总结出一些X型叶片的结构特点和水力特性。分析表明,X型叶片的主要结构特点为:叶片进口均有“负倾角”,靠近上冠处翼形为负曲率。同时,为适应能量转换和出口条件的要求,叶片出水边不在轴面上,而成一空间曲线。由于X型叶片的以上特点,使叶片间流道内液体的流动趋于顺场均匀,消除了常规叶片正面常见的“横流”现象,减轻了叶片近下环处的负荷集中,在提高水轮机的运行效率、增加过流量和改善转轮空化性能,及转轮受力状况等方面都有较大潜力。

Abstract:
X type blade is a new concept of runner design. The analysis and results on X type blade based on numerical simulation were developed. It was identified that X type blade inlet has a negative blade angle, special profiles near crown and outlet edge not lying on meridian plan. Fluid flowing benefit from above geometric feature and tend to be more fluent and evenly distributed. "Cross flow" often observed in conventional blade pressure side is removed under most conditions. Load across blade from crown to band is balanced. All these characteristics showed that X type blade has potentials in improving efficiency, increasing discharge or improving cavitation performance and giving better strength condition.
