拖拉机作业机组室内仿真的电液加载系统

摘要:
研制了一种采用电液比例溢流阀的液压加载系统,可以模拟土壤比阻为固定值、正弦信号或实测载荷谱等不同形式。加载系统的控制器以16位80196KC单片机为核心,该控制器可对系统进行数据采集和加载力控制,也可通过串行口接受上位机的命令,并将试验数据传送给上位机保存。上位机可对试验数据进行分析并输出分析结果。

Study on an Electrohydraulic Loading System for Indoor Experiment Bench of Tractor Working Units
Abstract:
A kind of hydraulic loading system, with an electrohydraulic p roportion pressure valve as its core component, is presented. The resistance rat io of soil can be set as a fixed value, a sine signal or a signal according to t he soil data obtained from a specific field can be simulated. The electronic con troller, with 80196KC as its CPU, either can acquire data and control the loadin g system by itself or can be supervised by a PC, which is also called the superv ising PC. All the data collected from the loading system can be sent to the supe rvising PC through serial communication port for saving, further analyzing and g raph drawing.
