| Based on the literature of Grossman and Horn in which t he condition of technique index of fly-by-nights firms is given two types of p roduct quality are put forward, the conditions of technique index of credible f irms, the separate condition of technique index between fly-by-nights firms an d credible firms, are discussed, the market prices act on the structure of infa nt industry are also discussed. |
