小麦籽粒发育期间旗叶碳同化物的输出和分配特征

^14C活体示踪动力学和定期取样测定结合研究了冬小麦京冬6号籽粒发育期间旗叶同化物输出和分配特征。旗叶^14C输出量、输出速率的动力学均符合负指数方程,用^14C输出几率等参数比较了各期同化物输出特性的差异。开花期旗叶^14C输出量的90%以上进入轻和颖壳,以后再分配到籽粒中,灌浆期籽粒是优势库,^14C分布占旗叶输出量的约70%;蜡熟期^14C仅有约13%进入籽粒,25%左右先进入 系,完熟时再

Features of Assimilates Exporting and Partitioning from Flag Leaf during Wheat Grain Development
Abstract:
Features of 14 C assimilates exporting from flag leaf after flowering and partitioning were measured, using in vivo tracing dynamic method and through regularly sampling after 14 C labeling, using Triticum aestivum L. cv. Jingdong 6 grown in pots. Equation for 14 C residue and exportation from flag leaf were in accordance with negative exponential function. Parameters such as exporting probability ( K L), maximum exporting velocity ( V max ),time for exporting 50% of total 14 C labeled( T 1/2 ) and exporting amounts within 24 hours after labeled( E 24 h ) were used to compare the difference of assimilates exporting labeled at various stage of grain development. Nearly 90% of exported 14 C assimilates from flag leaf labeled at flowering stage was transported to stem and glum,and then reallocated to grain before maturity . 70% of total 14 C assimilates in flag leaf were exported to grain and grain was the predominant sink at filling stage. At dough stage, only 13% of assimilates was exported to grain while 25% or so was partitioned to roots first and then redistributed to grain before full ripe stage. The above changes reflected the alternation of source sink relationship within wheat plant, by which proper cultivation targets could be determined in order to get higher yield and profit.
