干燥和储藏过程中稻谷颗粒内部应力的有限元法分析

摘要:
以粘弹性材料的积分松弛型本构关系为基础,建立了粘弹性体的有限元分析模型,编制了热一湿应力计算的轴对称有限元程序。应用该程序研究了长粒稻谷在干燥和储藏过程中内部应力分布及其变化规律,并与实验结果进行了比较,分析了谷粒在储藏阶段出现裂纹的直接原因。

Stress Analysis of Rough Rice Kernel in Drying and Storage With Finite Element Method
Abstract:
Based on the integral relaxation constitutive relation of viscoelastic material, theanalysis model of finite element was suggested. The axisymmetric thermo-hydro program offinite element was developed to study the stress of rough rice kernel in drying and storage.Compared with the experimental result, the reasons of kernel cracks in storage wereanalysed.
