利用抛撒轮提高窝眼筒的分选效果

摘要:
通过对种子清选部件窝眼筒内物料运动的分析,阐明了增设抛撒轮的理论依据,利用模拟物料对抛撒轮3个主要参数(安装角,间隙和转速)安排了正交旋转试验,并进行了整机性能试验,借助计算机分析了试验指标与各参数的关系,进行了工交优化,试验结果表明,增设抛撒轮装置,分离完全度可提高9%~17%。

Improving Separating Ability of Indented Cylinder Separator by Using Distributor
Abstract:
A systematic study on the working principles of an indented cylinder separator is conducted. Based on the analysis of the motion behavior of materials in the separator, a distributor was used in the experiment and the imitated seeds are used as the working materials. Two tests have been carried out to find the optimum parameters and working conditions of the equipment. The results have shown that the separating ability of the indented cylinder separator can be improved by adding the distributor.
