| Abstract: |
| Based on the unified kinematic analysis of the beam,plate and shell structures,the following results are achieved:a method to use the finite rotation matrix exactly; the complete finite deformation theory of all kinds of structures; the exact finite deformation equations of plate and shell structures so to replace the von-Karman thin plate equations with large deflections. |
