饮水系统添加微酸性电解水对蛋鸡肠道微生物影响研究

中文摘要:微酸性电解水对蛋鸡饮水系统杀菌效果显著,且可降低冲洗水线产生的废水量。但有些微生物对蛋鸡健康生长可以发挥维护肠道免疫稳态、预防炎症等有益作用。为研究微酸性电解水对蛋鸡肠道微生物的影响,该文试验对比研究饮用添加微酸性电解水、常规酸化剂对蛋鸡肠道微生物环境影响,结果表明:饮用余氯0.3mg/L微酸性电解水和1mg/L酸化剂与未处理组相比较蛋鸡正常粪便率提高10%;蛋鸡十二指肠、回肠和空肠内pH值降低,大肠杆菌数量减少以及乳酸菌数量增加;微酸性电解水除具有杀菌作用,还可改变肠道内微环境,微酸性电解水与酸化剂相比更能提高肠道乳酸菌数量,对蛋鸡的健康有积极意义,但添加微酸性电解水对蛋鸡生理生化指标的影响规律仍有待进一步研究。

Experimental study on the effects of intestinal microflora of poultry supplemented with slightly acidic electrolyzed water
Abstract:Slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW) has the advantages of possessing broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, and effective disinfectant method for the drinking water system quality of layer hen houses. However, some microorganisms can play a role in maintaining intestinal immune homeostasis, prevention of inflammation and other beneficial effects. The objective of this paper was to study on the effects of intestinal microflora of poultry supplemented with slightly acidic electrolyzed water, we study on effects of drinking two different forms of water, slightly acidic electrolyzed water and acidifier water for laying hens. Results showed that: drinking 0.3mg/L slightly acidic electrolyzed water and 0.1mg/L acidifier water, the normal feces rate of birds was improved 10%, pH value and the number of Escherichia coli was decreased , lactic acid bacteria was raised of poultry duodenum, ileum and jejunum . Slightly acidic electrolyzed water can not only by killing aquatic microorganisms, improving water sanitation index, but also can improve the intestinal environment, inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and improve the superior strains status of lactic acid bacteria by reducing the intestinal pH value.
