集条残膜打包机压包成型系统设计

中文摘要:针对机收集条(堆)残膜质地松散、占用空间大、储运成本高、焚烧污染大等问题,提出开发集条残膜捡拾打包机,并对其核心压包成型系统进行重点研究。通过残膜压缩特性试验与摔包试验获得残膜压包成型最优作业压强为7Mpa,据此完成液压元件优选计算,并设计了双泵加载液压系统。为实现集条残膜自动压包成型,开发了基于PLC的残膜压包控制系统,规划了动作控制软件流程。通过在新疆兵团第六师共青团进行残膜压包成型田间试验,表明集条残膜打包机作业效果良好,残膜压包成型成功率达88%,成型时间为38.6s,满足田间作业要求。

Design of compression molding system for residual plastic film strip baler
Abstract:The plastic film collected as strips or stacks by raker is incompact and take up large space, and its transportation and storage cost high and there exists burning pollution. To solve these problems, the residual film picking and packing machine was designed, and the key component, compressing and molding system, was mainly studied. According to the residual film compression characteristic test and the drop bag test, the optimal operating pressure of the residual film press molding was 7Mpa, and the hydraulic pump system was designed. In order to automatically compress and mold residual plastic film, the control system based on PLC was designed and the flowchart of softwarecontrol was conducted. The field experiment was committed in the GongQingTuan Farm of Xinjiang Corps, and results showed that the residual film baler has a good working performance, the success rate of the residual film forming was 88%, and the forming time was 38.6s, which could meet the requirements of field operations.
