中文摘要:针对我国北方农村地区电采暖用户数量显著增加导致的农村电网负荷季节性增长问题,在集中控制居民电采暖负荷参与电网调峰的场景下,以用户每日用电费用最小为目标,结合考虑各用户的温度需求、室外温度、分时电价和补偿电价信息为农村地区广泛使用的电采暖设备—空气源热泵建立优化控制模型,提出优化控制策略。以北京市“煤改电”地区典型电采暖用户作为算例对提出的空气源热泵优化控制策略进行验证,结果表明:1)对空气源热泵实施优化控制在降低用户用电费用、充分满足用户舒适度的同时,可以实现削峰填谷;2)设置补偿电价可以起到激励空气源热泵用户主动参与优化控制策略的作用,不同的补偿电价对削峰填谷效果的影响不同。

An optimal management strategy for air source heat pumps considering compensation price
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of seasonal increase in rural power grid load caused by the increase in the number of electric heating users in rural areas of northern China, an optimal control model is established for the air source heat pumps. The model was constructed under the scenario of centralized control of electric heating load participated in grid peak shaving, with the goal of minimum daily electricity consumption of users, with combined consideration of the information of each user's temperature demand, outdoor temperature, time-sharing electricity price and compensation electricity price. At the same time, an optimized control strategy is proposed. The typical electric heating users in the “coal to power” area of Beijing are taken as an example to verify the optimal control strategy of the air source heat pumps. The results show that: 1)Optimizing the control of the air source heat pumps could achieve peak clipping and valley filling and at same time reducing user electricity costs and fully satisfying user comfort; 2)Different compensation electricity prices have different effects on the peak shaving effect. The analysis of the setting of the compensation electricity price can provide a reference for the electric heating users to actively participate in the design of the peak-shaving incentive mechanism.
