摘要:

为探讨农民专业合作社在农村减贫中的作用及对贫困社员的增收作用机制，构建了能力视角下的贫困农户参与合作社减贫的内在机理与理论框架，并根据实地调查数据采用描述统计、相关分析和路径分析等方法，以信息获取能力、技术应用能力和需求表达能力3个社员能力维度，检验其在合作社中贫困农户的参与行为和减贫增收之间的中介效应。结果表明:1)贫困社员收益的提高程度不仅取决于其在农民专业合作社中的资本参与和农业生产经营等业务参与行为，更取决于社员个人能力的提高程度；2)在贫困社员三个维度的能力中，技术应用能力的提高对其收益提高的影响程度最大；3)为了促进社员稳定可持续减贫与合作社的辐射带动作用，在鼓励贫困农户加入农民专业合作社的同时，更应注重提升社员的各维度能力。

Abstract:

In order to explore the role of farmers' professional cooperatives in rural poverty reduction and the mechanism of income increase of poor farmers, this study constructs a theoretical framework of poor farmers' participation in poverty reduction from the perspective of ability. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and path analysis based on field survey data are used to verify the intermediary effect between farmers' participation in cooperatives and income increase by three dimensions of farmers' ability: information acquisition ability, technology application ability and demand expression ability. The results show that: 1)The improvement of farmers' income not only depends on their capital participation and production participation, but also depends on the improvement of their individual ability; 2)Among the three dimensions of ability of poor farmers, the improvement of technology application ability has the greatest impact on their income; 3)To promote the stable and sustainable poverty reduction of members and the radiation driving role of cooperatives, while encouraging poor farmers to participate in cooperatives, more attention should be paid to improve farmers' abilities in all dimensions.
