立体网带式牛粪垫料再生系统的设计与试验

摘要:
针对中小型奶牛场在利用固体牛粪作垫料时,存在牛粪含水率高、致病菌杀灭率低等问题,采用自行研发的立体网带式牛粪垫料再生系统对固体牛粪进行热风干燥去除水分、杀灭致病菌。结果表明:该系统在铺料厚度为2 cm、热风温度为50 ℃的条件下,对固体牛粪干燥处理9 h,牛粪含水率可降至46.5%,大肠杆菌和链球菌杀菌率分别为95.6%和98.3%,符合固体牛粪作垫料的基本要求。所设计的立体网带式牛粪垫料再生系统可快速杀菌消毒并干燥固体牛粪,为奶牛场提供可再生利用的舒适垫料。

Abstract:
In this study, a 3D mesh belt system was designed and manufactured to recycle manure solids as bedding for moderate and small scale dairy farms aiming at the problems of high moisture content and low pathogen killing rate in existing systems. The results showed that: Under the conditions of the material thickness 2 cm and the air temperature 50 ℃, the moisture content of solid manure decreased to 46. 5%, and the bactericidal rates of Escherichia coli and Streptococcus respectively reached 95. 6% and 98. 3% after 9 h drying. Therefore, the 3D mesh belt system can quickly sterilize and dry the manure to produce appropriate bedding for dairy farms.
