“激励”OR“约束”——社会资本对农户村域生态治理参与意愿的作用再思考

摘要:

基于湖北省634个农户样本，通过分位数回归探讨了社会资本对农户村域生态治理参与意愿的影响。结果显示:农户的社会资本与村域生态治理的参与意愿呈现出“倒U型”非线性关系。主要表现为随着参与意愿分位点的提高，社会资本对农户村域生态治理参与意愿作用方向由激励效果转为最后的约束效果，且在作用大小上呈现为由“弱激励作用”到“强激励作用”再到“弱激励作用”最后转为“约束作用”的过程。这一关系的呈现不仅可以让我们深入认识在村域生态治理中社会资本的阶段性作用，同时也对农户村域生态治理的政策制定具有重要的现实指导意义。

Abstract:

To measure the relationship between the degree of social capital and the willingness of farmers to participate in the village ecological governance, 634 households in Hubei Province are taken as samples and the survey data are analyzed through the quantile regression method. The research results show that there is an “inverted U” nonlinear relationship between social capital and the participation willingness of farmers. It is mainly represented by that with the increase of farmers' participation willingness degree, the impact of social capital on the ecological management of farmers' village is transformed from stimulation effect to the final constraint effect, which changes from “weak incentive” to “strong incentive”, and then return to “weak incentive role” and “restraint effect”. This relationship format not only enables us to deeply understand the stage role of social capital, but also has important practical significance for the policy making of village ecological governance of peasant households.
