玉米花丝药用价值研究进展

摘要:

为高效利用玉米花丝(须)资源，探索开发高附加值的新型开发途径和利用手段，本研究主要分析2001—2018年有关玉米花丝化学成分、药理及保健和美容等功能的研究文献。结果表明，玉米花丝化学成分主要包括多糖类、多酚类、植物甾醇类、矿质元素和有机酸等。花丝提取物具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和调节人体免疫功能等重要的药理价值，应用前景广泛。但目前其药理机制尚不清晰，产品开发利用缺乏深度。因此，现阶段的任务在于利用现代作物学与药理学研究手段，探明玉米花丝新型药用价值机理，加大玉米花丝的高附加值研发力度。

Abstract:

In order to make efficient use of the abundant maize silk resources and explore and develop new means for high added value development, this study primarily summarizes and analyzes the research progress on the chemical composition, pharmacology and health care, beauty and other functions of maize silk based on the literature published from 2001 to 2018. The results show that the chemical component of maize silk mainly includes polysaccharides, polyphenols, phytosterols, mineral elements and organic acids. Silk filament extract is shown to have important pharmacological values such as antioxidant activity, anti-tumor effect and immune function, and has wide application prospects. However, its pharmacological mechanism is not clear, and there is lack of depth in product development and utilization. Therefore, the tasks at this stage are to identify the new medicinal value and clarify the mechanism of maize silk by applying modern crop science and pharmacology research methods, and to put more effort into the research and development of maize silk product with high added value.
