土地适度规模经营影响中国油菜生产国际竞争力效应——基于湖北省360户农户调查数据的实证分析

摘要:

为分析土地适度规模经营影响中国油菜生产国际竞争力效应，在土地适度规模经营评价及土地适度规模经营影响农业生产国际竞争力效应理论分析基础上，基于中国油菜主产区湖北省2013-2017年度360户农户调查数据，运用DID模型实证分析了土地适度规模经营影响中国油菜生产国际竞争力效应及其变动趋势、主要影响因素。结果表明，土地适度规模经营对中国油菜生产国际竞争力具有提升效应；土地适度规模经营影响中国油菜生产国际竞争力效应在趋势上平稳；土地适度规模经营对中国油菜生产国际竞争力效应的主要影响因素为劳动力投入和农户总耕地规模。因此，在政策上应着重于积极鼓励中国油菜生产多种形式的土地适度规模经营，积极探索劳动力投入过多对油菜生产国际竞争力负影响的应对措施。

Abstract:

To analyze the impact effect of moderate land-scale operation (MLSO) on international competitiveness in agricultural production of rape planting,based on the theoretical analysis of the judgement on MLSO,this study adopted difference in deference (DID) model to analyze its impact,changing tendency and main impact factors of MLSO depending on the survey data from 360 households (2013-2017 annual) in Hubei Province.The result shows that:MLSO can promote the international competitiveness of rape planting in China.The impact effect of MLSO to the international competitiveness of rape planting in China is stable in tendency.The main impact factors of MLSO to the international competitiveness of rape planting in China are input of labor and total cultivated land scale of a household.In conclusion,during Policy formulation,the government may pay close attention to actively encourage various forms of MLSO to households and explore the countermeasures of the negative effects in international competitiveness from over labor-input in rape planting.
