竹纤维素增强复合膜的制备及性能

摘要:
为扩大竹纤维素的利用范围,以竹材加工废弃物为原料,研制竹纤维素增强复合膜绿色食品包装材料。采用硫酸水解和超声波辅助法制备竹纤维素,将其作为增强材料分别与壳聚糖和羧甲基纤维素制备成2种复合膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)及傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析,发现竹纤维素形状为棒状,直径约为500 nm,长度为500~600 μm,而且其红外谱图显示具有纤维素的特征官能团结构。对壳聚糖-竹纤维复合膜和羧甲基纤维素-竹纤维复合膜的物理性能进行测试,结果表明:复合膜的表面粗糙程度随竹纤维素含量增加而增大,并且复合膜的透湿性能和透光性能也会降低。2种复合膜的力学性能测试结果为:随着竹纤维素的加入量增加,复合膜的拉伸强度增加,复合膜拉伸模量提高,而复合膜的断裂伸长率降低,说明竹纤维素可以作为一种较好的增强材料使用。竹纤维素的加入对壳聚糖-竹纤维复合膜物理性能的改善更明显,壳聚糖-竹纤维复合膜有望作为食品包装材料应用。

Preparation and properties of bamboo cellulose reinforced composite membrane

Abstract:
In order to expand the applications of bamboo cellulose,the green food packaging materials of bamboo cellulose reinforced composite membranes were fabricated with bamboo residue as raw material.Bamboo cellulose was prepared by the combination of sulfuric acid hydrolysis and ultrasonic wave dispose,and it was used as reinforcing material to prepare two kinds of composite membranes with chitosan and carboxymethylcellulose,respectively.The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) showed that the bamboo cellulose was rod-shaped,about 500 nm in diameter and 500-600 μ m in length,and the bamboo cellulose retains the characteristic functional group structure of cellulose.The physical properties of the two membranes were measured.The results showed that the surface roughness of the composite membranes increased with the increase of bamboo cellulose content,and the moisture permeability and light transmittance of the composite membranes decreased.The test results of mechanical properties of the two kinds of composite membranes were as follows:With the addition of bamboo cellulose,the tensile strength of the composite membranes was increased,the tensile modulus of the composite membranes was increased,and the elongation at break of the composite membranes was decreased,indicating that bamboo cellulose could be used as a better reinforcing material.The addition of bamboo cellulose greatly improved the physical properties of chitosan-bamboo cellulose composite membranes.Chitosan-bamboo cellulose composite membranes could be used as food packaging materials.
