基于空间协调发展的河北省土地整治分区及策略

摘要:

为评价河北省不同县域空间协调发展程度，明确土地整治侧重点，采用熵权法和协调发展度模型对河北省各个区县进行人工-生态空间协调发展程度评价，依据评价结果划分土地整治类型。结果表明：1）以人工空间和生态空间2个子系统构建的生活空间、生计空间、生产空间、自然空间4组指标综合评价各县域的空间协调发展水平，为空间用途管制提供新思路；2）河北省有20个县为过渡发展类生态滞后型，2个县为过渡发展类经济生态同步型，15个县为过渡发展类经济滞后型，87个县为失调衰退类生态滞后型，3个县为失调衰退类经济生态同步型，41个县为失调衰退类经济滞后型；3）河北省土地整治类型包括生态空间优先整治型、人工空间优先整治型、生态空间重点整治型和人工空间重点整治型。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the coordinated development degree of different counties in Hebei Province and clarify the key points of land consolidation,entropy method and coordinated development degree model are adopted in this study to evaluate the degree of artificial-ecological spatial coordinated development and classify land consolidation types.The results indicate that:1) The four sets of indicators are living space,livelihood space,production space and natural space,which are constructed by two subsystems of artificial space and ecological space,comprehensively evaluate the spatial coordinated development level of each county.It provides new ideas for spatial use control.2) In Hebei Province,20 counties are ecological lagging of transitional development type.Two counties belong to the eco-ecological synchronization of transitional development type,and 15 counties are the economic lagging of transitional development type.For the disordered decline type,87 counties belong to ecologically lagging type,while 3 counties are economic and ecological synchronizing type and 41 counties are economically lagging type.3) The types of land consolidation in Hebei Province are divided into four spaces including priority consolidation of ecological space,priority consolidation of artificial space,focal consolidation of ecological space as well as focal consolidation of artificial space.
