网柄菌属9个种形态特征及其基因组大小分析

摘要:
为探究网柄细胞状黏菌的表观形态特征与其遗传信息之间的关系,选择细胞裂解液OTTO及荧光染料碘化丙啶,以酿酒酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiae为内标,采用流式细胞术对隶属于网柄菌属Dictyostelium的9个种进行基因组大小的测定,并将所获得的9种网柄细胞状黏菌基因组大小的数据分别与其孢堆果大小及孢子团直径的数值进行线性回归分析。结果表明,被测网柄细胞状黏菌基因组大小约为27.23~47.07 Mb,且其基因组大小与孢堆果大小和孢子团直径均呈正相关。

Analysis of the morphological characteristics and genome size of 9 Dictyostelium species

Abstract:
The aims of this study were to explore the correlations between apparent morphological characteristics and genetic information of the dictyostelid cellular slime molds species.Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used as an internal reference,and the genome size of 9 Dictyostelium species were estimated by Flow Cytometry in this study by adopting buffers OTTO and fluorochrome propidium iodide (PI) analyses.The correlations between the size of sorocarps and sori of these 9 Dictyostelium species with their genome sizes were analyzed by the linear regression method.The results showed that the genome sizes of those 9 species were ranged from 27.23 to 47.07 Mb,and the sizes of their sorocarps and sori diameter were both positively correlated with their genome sizes.
