社会化服务能提升农机作业效率吗？——基于2004—2015年省级面板数据的实证分析

摘要:

为探究农机社会化服务对农机作业效率的影响，采用DEA方法测算了2004—2015年我国30个省份的农机作业效率，并利用面板Tobit模型实证研究了农机社会化服务对农机作业效率的影响。结果表明，2004—2015年我国农机作业效率水平较低且区域差异较大，但整体上呈现逐年上升的趋势。农机作业服务和农机科技推广培训服务对农机作业效率具有显著提升作用，但农机维修服务对农机作业效率的提升作用有限。因此，可以通过培育农机作业服务组织、完善农机维修服务体系、加强农机推广培训和发展农业适度规模经营等途径来提高农机作业效率。

Abstract:

In order to explore the impact of agricultural socialization services on the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation, this study calculates the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation in 30 provinces in China in 2004-2015 years by using DEA method, and empirically studies the influence of agricultural machinery socialization services on the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation by using panel Tobit model. The results show that:The efficiency of agricultural machinery operation in 2004-2015 years is low and the regional differences are large. However, there is a trend of increasing year by year on the whole. The agricultural machinery operation service and technology extension training service significantly improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation, while agricultural machinery repair service has limited effect on the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation. Therefore, the efficiency of agricultural machinery can be improved by cultivating agricultural machinery operation service organization, improving agricultural machinery repair service system, strengthening agricultural machinery extension training and developing the appropriate scale management of agriculture.
