MET对水稻叶片及发育籽粒激素含量的影响

摘要:
叶内 IAA 含量以分蘖高峰前5日最高,此后,虽呈下降趋势,但直到颖花分化期,仍维持较高水平。GA3含量,在生育过程有两个峰,前者出现在最高分蘖期,后者出现在减数分裂期,抽穗后,其含量迅速下降;玉米素含量,在分蘖盛期呈上升趋势,分蘖高峰期为谷,穗首分化期达最大值之后呈下降趋势,但直到颖花分化期,仍有较高的含量;ABA 的含量,在分蘖盛期很低,分蘖高峰期达最大值,之后下降,幼穗形成期仍保持较高含量,抽穗前十日左右急剧下降;分蘖期施用 MET,GA3 IAA 含量均比对照低,而 ABA 含量则上升。籽粒发育过程中,IAA 的含量于抽穗后第8日达最大值;GA3含量,抽穗开花时迅速增加,开花后第5日达最大值,随后,迅速下降;玉米素含量,一抽穗开花便有较高的值,此后出现两个峰,一个在抽穗后的第8日,另一峰出现在抽穗后第31日,籽粒形成过程,ABA 含量有两个峰,前者在开花后第3日,后者在抽穗开花后第11日。MET 处理则看不出明显差异。

Abstract:
The contents of plant endogenous hormones(GA_3,IAA,ABA,Z) of leaves and developing grains of rice MET-treated at tillering stage were measured.The results were as follows: 1.The IAA content of rice leaves was the hightest in the 5th day before tille- ring peak,and maintained higher levels untill at spikelet differentition stage.That of developing grains was the hightest in the 8th day after heading stage 2.The GA_3 content,that of rice leaves appeared two peaks during growth and development of rice.The firs...
