用 MET10~200ppm浸种,可提高发芽势,降低α-淀粉酶活性,抑制芽仲长,促进根仲长(10~100ppm),使单位长度根重和芽重增加,秧田期施用 MET30~60g/亩或10ppm 浸种,在较低播量下,苗高无明显抑制,而分蘖则显著增加。本田分蘖期或第一苞分化期施用 MET,株高叶片和节间均被抑制,增加了叶片含糖量和叶绿素含量,降低叶片水势,使根系活力提高。由于上3叶变短,叶角度变小,透光率增加,相对生长率(RGR)、光合势(LAD)、净同化率(NAR)随之提高,但因叶面积指数下降,引起群体生长率(CGR)减少。MET 可提高有效穗数,增加粒重,但结实粒效减少,中高秆易倒伏品种在高肥水平下有增产效果,矮抗秆倒伏品种则表现减产。 |
