植物生长调节剂对棉花离体果实成熟与衰老的影响

摘要:
乙烯利处理离体棉铃,使棉铃加速脱水,开裂吐絮提早2~3d,棉铃内乙烯释放量增加,呼吸速率增加、铃壳内过氧化物酶活性和 IAA 氧化酶活性显著增强,乙烯利加速铃壳内叶绿素降解速度,加速蛋白质和蛋白质氨基酸降解速度,IAA 处理离体棉铃,使棉铃延缓脱水,开裂速度减缓。IAA 对棉铃内乙烯释放没有明显效应,但降低呼吸速率的增加。IAA 可以延缓离体棉铃过氧化物酶和 IAA 氧化酶活性的增加,并延缓叶绿素、蛋白质和蛋白质氨基酸的降解。乙烯利是离体棉铃衰老的促进剂,IAA 是延缓剂,二者共同调节棉铃的成熟和衰老。

Abstract:
Detached cotton bolls were treated with etherel and IAA separately to study their effect on the process of ripening and senescence of the cotton boils.It was found that when treated with etherel,the process of dehydra- tion was aceelerated and the boils dehisced 2-3 days earlier than that of the control.More ethylene were released in the boll and the rate of respiration was also accelerated.In the meantime,the activities of the peroxidase and IAA oxidase inereasee evidently,so was the rate of degradation of...
