乡镇尺度下北京市生态涵养区农业绿色发展评价及限制因素分析

摘要:
针对生态涵养区农业绿色发展问题,以北京市生态涵养区为研究对象,将北京生态涵养区110个乡镇作为评价单元,构建农业绿色发展评价指标体系,进行北京市生态涵养区农业绿色发展评价,并采用空间自相关和限制性因素分析方法,对农业绿色发展的空间分布特征和限制性因素进行了分析。结果表明:1)北京市生态涵养区农业绿色发展水平总体水平较高,空间上呈现出北部和西部地区乡镇高于其他区域的特征;2)北京市生态涵养区农业绿色发展在空间上有聚集和相互影响特征,农业绿色发展需要各乡镇协同发展、共同提升;3)各乡镇农业绿色发展的限制因素不同,可以根据农业绿色发展的水平和限制因素有针对性的制定提高乡镇农业绿色发展水平的措施和政策。本研究可以丰富北京市生态涵养区农业绿色发展理论体系以及评价手段,对于指导北京市生态涵养区生态保护下的农业绿色发展有重要意义。

Evaluation and restriction factors of agricultural green development in Beijing ecological conservation area at the township scale

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of agricultural green development in the ecological conservation areas, based on 110 townships as evaluation units,this study takes Beijing ecological conservation area as the research object. An evaluation index system of agricultural green development at the township scale is built, and the agricultural green development in Beijing ecological conservation areas is evaluated. The spatial distribution characteristics and restrictive factors of agricultural green development are then analyzed by using spatial autocorrelation and restrictive factor analysis methods. The results show that: 1) The overall level of agricultural green development in Beijing’s ecological conservation areas is relatively high, and the towns in the northern and western regions are higher than those in space; 2) The green development of agriculture in the ecological conservation area of Beijing displays the characteristics of agglomeration and mutual influence in space, and the green development of agriculture needs the coordinated development and common promotion of towns and villages; 3) The restrictive factors of green development of agriculture in villages and towns are different. Measures and policies to improve the level of green development of agriculture in villages and towns can be formulated according to the level and restrictive factors. This study can enrich the theoretical system and technical means of evaluation of agricultural green development in ecological conservation areas of Beijing, which is of great significance to guide the agricultural green development under ecological protection in ecological conservation areas of Beijing.
