农用酵素对沙土、酸性土和盐碱土的改良效果研究

摘要:
为探究农用酵素对土壤的改良效果,通过盆栽试验利用农用酵素对沙土、酸性土及盐碱土进行为期30 d的短期改良,通过测定土壤理化性质和微生物组成,对农用酵素作为土壤改良剂的可行性进行评价。结果表明∶对于沙土,农用酵素可使其pH由9.63降至6.42,有机质含量提高8倍,土壤中氮磷钾的含量也均有所提升,农用酵素中的有益微生物(LactobacillusAcetobacter)成为土壤优势细菌菌群,同时显著降低了真菌的多样性;对于酸性土,农用酵素对其pH影响不大,但土壤有机质及氮磷钾含量增加,酵素中有益微生物可在酸性土中有效定殖;对于盐碱土,农用酵素可有效降低其pH(由10.37降至7.77),增加土壤养分含量,施用农用酵素后土壤中Acetobacter、Kocuria、PlanococcusAlkalibacterium的相对丰度较高,从而抑制了土壤病原真菌的生长。未来农用酵素可针对不同土壤的突出问题进行改良以提高土壤品质。

Effects of agricultural Jiaosu on the improvement of sandy soil, acidic soil and saline-alkali soil

Abstract:
To explore the effect of agricultural Jiaosu on soil improvement,this study investigated the short-term improvement of sandy soil, acidic soil, and saline-alkali soil using agricultural Jiaosu (AJ) through laboratory potted cultivation for a period of 30 days. The feasibility of AJ as soil amendments was evaluated by measuring the physicochemical properties and microbial composition of soil samples. The results showed that: AJ can reduce the pH of sandy soil from 9.63 to 6.42, increase the content of organic matter by 8 times, and increase the content of soil nutrient (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium). The beneficial microorganisms in AJ,Lactobacillus and Acetobacter, become the dominant bacterial community, while the fungal diversity is significantly reduced; For acidic soil, AJ has little effect on its pH, but its soil organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content are increased. Similarly, the beneficial microorganisms in AJ can effectively colonize in acidic soil; For saline alkali soil, AJ can effectively reduce its pH (from 10.37 to 7.77) and increase soil nutrient content. The relative abundance of Acetobacter, Kocuria, Planococcus, and Alkaliberium in the soil is higher after the application of AJ, which inhibits the growth of soil pathogenic fungi. In the future, the agricultural Jiaosu can be used to improve soil quality by targeting prominent issues in different soils.
