基于农业生态区划的农业高质量发展水平测度、区域差异及收敛性研究

摘要:
为探究农业生态区划条件下农业高质量发展空间差异及收敛特性,基于2005—2019年中国31省、区、市(除香港、澳门及台湾地区外)数据,构建农业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值赋权法对农业高质量发展水平进行测度,借助Dagum基尼系数揭示农业高质量发展在各农业生态区划中的差异大小和来源,并深入探究农业高质量发展的收敛性特征。结果表明:整体上,在考察期内农业高质量发展水平逐步提升,但地区之间存在递减梯度差异;农业生态区划的农业高质量发展存在显著区域差异,整体差异呈现“U”型走势,区域间差异是其主要来源;农业高质量发展不存在明显的σ收敛和绝对β收敛特征,存在较为显著的条件β收敛。因此,有必要持续推进农业供给侧结构性改革,实现农业高质量发展水平提升的区域协调性。

Measurement, regional differences and convergence analysis of the high quality development level of agriculture based on agro-ecological zoning

Abstract:
To explore the spatial differences and convergence characteristics of agricultural high-quality development(AHD)in agro-ecological zones, an evaluation index system is constructed for AHD based on the data of China's 31 provinces, egions and municipalities(except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions)from 2005—2019. The entropy-value-assignment method is applied to measure the AHD level. The magnitude and source of the AHD differences in the agro-ecological zoning are revealed with Dagum's Gini coefficient, and the AHD convergence characteristics are probed in depth. The results show that: On the whole, the AHD level is gradually increased in the study period, but there are decreasing gradient differences among regions; There are significant regional differences in AHD in agro-ecological zones with the overall differences showing a "U" trend primarily due to inter-regional differences; There is no obvious convergence and absolute convergence but a more significant conditional convergence in AHD. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and realize the regional coordination in the AHD improvement.
