摆动分离筛加速度特性分析及性能试验

摘要:
针对新型摆动分离筛加速度特性及较优参数组合不明确等问题,以新研制的三阶六吊杆摆动分离筛为研究对象,对各阶筛面上平行和垂直于筛面的加速度、分离筛性能指标随试验因素的变化规律,以及分离筛较优参数组合进行试验研究。结果表明:1)各阶筛面上平行和垂直于筛面的加速度均随曲柄转速的增大而增大;吊杆-连杆长度组合相同的情况下,平行于筛面的加速度中第一阶与第二、第三阶筛面的加速度差异比较明显,垂直于筛面的加速度中第一、第二和第三阶筛面的加速度呈现出明显的逐阶递减的变化规律;随着拖拉机工作速度的增大,各阶筛面上平行和垂直于筛面的加速度均呈现出先减小、后增大然后减小的变化趋势。2)随着曲柄转速的增大,明薯率在96%~100%变化,而破皮率则先减小后增大;5种吊杆-连杆长度组合情况下,明薯率和破皮率变化趋势一致;随着拖拉机工作速度的增加,明薯率和破皮率均呈现出先减小后增大再减小的变化规律。3)影响明薯率和破皮率的因素主次顺序分别为:拖拉机工作速度>吊杆-连杆长度组合>曲柄转速、曲柄转速>吊杆-连杆长度组合>拖拉机工作速度,分离筛较优参数组合为:曲柄转速180 r/min、吊杆-连杆长度组合270-370-1050(第一、第二阶筛面吊杆和连杆长度分别为270、370和1 050 mm)、拖拉机工作速度1.89 km/h。研究结果可为薯土分离装置的运动学特性与性能研究提供理论依据及技术基础。

Acceleration characteristic analysis and performance experiment of a swing separation sieve

Abstract:
In view of the problems of the uncertainty in the acceleration characteristics and optimal parameters of a new-type swing separation sieve, the study investigated the variations of acceleration parallel and perpendicular to the sieve of each stage and the performance indexes of the separation sieve with the test factors, as well as the optimal parameter combination of the newly developed three-stage six-boom swinging separation sieve. The results showed that: 1)The acceleration parallel and perpendicular to the sieve increased with the increment of crank speed. When the suspender-connecting rod length combination was the same, the difference of parallel to the sieve between the first sieve and the second and third sieve acceleration was obvious, but the acceleration perpendicular to the first, second and third sieves showed obvious decreasing change step by step. With the increase of the tractor working speed, the acceleration parallel and perpendicular to the sieve on each stage showed a fluctuating trend of first decreasing, then increasing, and decreasing. 2)With the increase of the crank speed, the obvious rate fluctuated in the range of 96%-100%, while the skin breaking rate first decreased and then increased. Under the condition of five kinds of suspender-connecting rod length combination, the changing trends of the obvious rate and the skin breaking rate were consistent. With the increase of the tractor working speed, both the obvious rate and the skin breaking rate showed a changing pattern of first decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing. 3)The primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the obvious rate and the skin breaking rate respectively were: tractor working speed>suspender-connecting rod length combination>crank speed, crank speed>suspender-connecting rod length combination>tractor working speed. And the obtained optimal parameters were the crank speed of 180 r/min, suspender-connecting rod length combination with the parameters 270-370-1050(The lengths of the first and second sieve suspenders and connecting rod were 270 mm, 370 mm and 1 050 mm, respectively), and the tractor working speed of 1. 89 km/h. The study provided a theoretical and technical basis to determine the kinematic characteristics and performance of potato soil separation device.
