干酪乳杆菌对DSS诱导结肠炎小鼠焦虑样行为的影响及对结肠的保护作用

摘要:
为研究干酪乳杆菌对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的急性结肠炎小鼠焦虑样行为的影响及对结肠的保护作用,本研究分为对照组、DSS组、干酪乳杆菌组和干酪乳杆菌预防组,通过旷场试验比较各组小鼠行为学差异;统计并比较不同组小鼠体重、结肠长度、肠道上皮、炎性浸润、粪便潜血等的变化;HE染色法检测各组小鼠肠道结构的变化。结果显示:1)干酪乳杆菌预防组小鼠在旷场箱中活动的距离及在中央区域停留的时间显著增加(P<0.05);2)与DSS组相比,干酪乳杆菌预防组结肠长度、小鼠体重显著增加,组织学评分和疾病活跃指数显著降低(P<0.05),结肠肠道结构更加完整。综上,干酪乳杆菌可减轻小鼠焦虑样行为,缓解DSS对小鼠结肠的损伤,发挥对急性肠炎的保护作用。

Effects of Lactobacillus casei on anxiety-like behavior in mice with colitis induced by DSS and its protective effect on colon

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of Lactobacillus casei on anxiety-like behavior and colon protection in mice with acute colitis induced by dextran sulfate sodium(DSS), mice were divided into control group, DSS group, Lactobacillus casei group and Lactobacillus casei prevention group. The changes of body mass, colon length, intestinal epithelium, inflammatory infiltration, fecal occult blood in different groups were counted and compared by open field test and the changes of intestinal structure of mice in each group were detected by HE. The results showed that: 1)The distance of mice moving in the open field box and the time of staying in the central area showed a significant increase(P<0. 05). 2)Compared with DSS group, the length of colon and body mass of mice in Lactobacillus casei prevention group were significantly increased, the histological score and disease activity index were significantly decreased(P<0. 05), the structure of colon was more complete. In summary, Lactobacillus casei can reduce anxiety-like behavior in mice, alleviate the colonic damage induced by DSS in mice and play a protective role in acute enteritis.
