胚蛋注射25-羟基胆钙化醇对樱桃谷雏鸭孵化性能、早期发育与血清生化指标的影响

摘要:
为研究胚蛋注射25-OH-D3对雏鸭孵化性能、1~7 d生长发育和血清生化指标的影响,本研究选取60周龄樱桃谷种鸭蛋200枚,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复5枚种蛋。在孵化第13.5天时,A组不做处理,B组注射0.2 mL 0.85%的生理盐水,C、D、E组分别注射相同体积不同浓度的25-OH-D3溶液。出壳后,饲喂基础饲粮,试验期7 d,计算每组的出壳率,测定体重和血清生化指标。结果表明:1)与A组相比,试验C、D、E组雏鸭的孵化率分别显著提高了4.79%、5.54%和3.37%(P<0.05)。试验C、D、E组对7 d雏鸭的体重无显著影响(P>0.05),试验D组3 d雏鸭的体重显著增加了13.19%,1 d雏鸭的体重显著提高了1.65%(P<0.05)。2)与A组相比,C、D、E组对雏鸭的胫骨发育无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与A组相比,试验C、D、E组显著提高了雏鸭血清中生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子I的水平(P<0.05)。试验D、E组雏鸭血清中25-羟基胆钙化醇的水平分别显著提高了56.16%和40.16%(P<0.05)。试验C组雏鸭血清中磷的水平提高了22.20%(P<0.05)。4)与A组比,C、D、E组显著降低了雏鸭血清中的LDL水平(P<0.05)。C组显著提高了雏鸭血清中ALB的含量(P<0.05)。D组显著提高了雏鸭血清中ALP的活性和GLU的水平(P<0.05),E组显著降低了雏鸭血清中ALP和AST的活性(P<0.05)。C、D组显著提高了雏鸭血清中AST的活性(P<0.05)。综上,胚蛋注射25-OH-D3可提高雏鸭的孵化率和免疫力,其最佳添加剂量为0.8 μg/枚,并促进早期发育,为后期发育提供更好的基础。这提示胚蛋注射25-OH-D3有利于促进雏鸭胚胎发育,并对雏鸭机体健康发挥潜在的积极作用。

Effects of in ovo injecting 25-hydroxycholecalciferol on hatchability, early development and serum biochemical indexes of Cherry Valley ducklings

Abstract:
To study the effects of embryo egg injection of 25-OH-D3 on hatchability, 1 to 7 days growth and serum biochemical indexes of ducklings, 200 60-week-old cherry valley duck eggs were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 8 replicates for each group and 5 hatching eggs for each replicate. On the 13. 5th day of incubation, no treatment for group A, while group B was injected with 0. 2 mL 0. 85% normal saline, group C, D and E were injected with the same volume of 25-OH-D3 solution with different concentrations. After shelling, the basic diet was fed for 7 days. The hatching rate of each group was calculated, and the body weight and serum biochemical indexes were measured. The results showed that: 1)Compared with group A, the hatchability of ducklings in groups C, D and E increased by 4. 79%, 5. 54% and 3. 37%, respectively(P<0. 05). Group C, D and E had no significant effect on the bodyweight of 1-day-old and 7-day-old ducklings(P>0. 05). The weight of 3-day-old ducklings in group D increased significantly by 13. 19%, the weight of 1-day-old ducklings in group D increased significantly by 1. 65%(P<0. 05). 2)Compared with phase A, groups C, D and E had no significant effect on the development of tibia of ducklings(P>0. 05). 3)Compared with group A, the levels of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor I in serum of ducklings in groups C, D and E were significantly increased(P<0. 05). The levels of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol in serum of ducklings in groups D and E increased by 56. 16% and 40. 16%, respectively(P<0. 05). The level of serum phosphorus of ducklings in group C increased by 22. 20%(P<0. 05). 4)Compared with group A, groups C, D and E significantly reduced the levels of LDL in serum of duckling(P<0. 05). Group C significantly increased the content of ALB in the serum of duckling(P<0. 05). Group D significantly increased the activity of ALP and GLU in serum of duckling(P<0. 05)while group E significantly decreased the activity of ALP and AST in serum of duckling(P<0. 05). Group C and D significantly increased the activity of AST in serum of duckling(P<0. 05). Therefore, the injection of 25-OH-D3 into the embryo egg could improve the hatchability and immunity of ducklings, . The optimal additive amount is 0. 8 μg/piece, and promote early growth and development, and provide a better foundation for later development. These results suggest that the injection of 25-OH-D3 in ovo is beneficial to the development of ducklings, and plays a potential positive role in the health of ducklings.
