韭菜不同生态位微生物群落组成及功能特征

摘要:
为探究韭菜(Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng.)不同生态位微生物的分布情况,通过高通量测序技术,结合生信分析比较不同生态位的多样性差异,找出不同生态位的核心菌群;通过PICRUSt2对不同生态位微生物的功能进行预测。结果表明:韭菜根及根际土,即韭菜的地下部分,微生物群落的丰富度和多样性高于其他生态位,且主要的核心菌群为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria);而地上部分如韭菜叶片中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)相对丰度更高。通过对不同生态位韭菜细菌代谢功能进行预测,发现在韭菜地上部位内生菌主要的代谢功能是通过各种有机系统进行一系列代谢活动,而地下部分的微生物主要是参与遗传信息的处理和细胞的基础活动,变形菌门多与细胞的基础生命活动有关,而地上所发挥作用的厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门可能参与韭菜机体的一系列代谢活动。该研究结果为不同品种韭菜内生菌研究提供理论基础。

Effects of different niches of Chinese chives on the composition of microbial community and functional characters

Abstract:
In order to explore the distribution of microorganisms in different niches of Chinese chives(Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng. ), this study used high-throughput Illumina sequencing technology and various software to analyze the obtained data, determine the core species of different niches and predict the function of microorganisms in different locations by PICRUSt2. The results showed that the richness and diversity of microbial communities in the root and rhizosphere soil of Chinese chives. At underground part of Chinese chives were higher than those in other locations, and the main core species were Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria. The relative abundance of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes in the aboveground compartments such as Chinese chives leaves was higher. The main function of endophytic bacteria in the aboveground part of Chinese chives is to carry out a series of metabolic activities through various organic systems, while the microorganisms in the underground part are mainly involved in the processing of genetic information and the basic activities of cells. Proteobacteria is mostly related to the basic life activities of cells, while Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes that play a role in the aboveground part may be involved in a series of metabolic activities of Chinese chives. This study provided some theoretical references for the future research and development of disease and insect resistance and cold resistance of Chinese chives.
