秸秆基生物天然气工程的温室气体减排估算

摘要:
为准确定量秸秆基生物天然气工程的温室气体减排量,首先参考 UNFCCC方法学和IPCC国家温室气体清单指南,基于农作物秸秆自然腐解基准线,构建秸秆基生物天然气工程的温室气体减排量计量方法;后以河北省临漳县秸秆基生物天然气工程为例,采用构建的温室气体减排量计量方法进行实证研究。结果表明:基于农作物秸秆自然腐解基准线,利用CDM方法学和排放因子法构建了秸秆基生物天然气工程温室气体的基准线排放量、项目运行排放量、工程泄漏排放量及净减排量计量方法。运用该计量方法计算出2019年河北省临漳县秸秆基生物天然气工程基准线排放量(以CO2计)1.25×105 t,项目排放量1.21×104 t,泄露排放量为10.24 t,净减排量1.13×105 t,相当于约4.19×104 t标准煤的CO2排放量。因此,本研究构建的以秸秆自然腐解为基准线的秸秆基生物天然气工程温室气体减排计量体系,对于完善生物天然气工程的温室气体减排估算方法学体系,全面评价生物天然气工程温室气体减排效果具有重要意义。

Estimation of greenhouse gas emission reduction from straw-based bio-natural gas project

Abstract:
To accurately quantify the greenhouse gas(GHG)emission reduction of straw-based bio-natural gas(BNG)project, the GHG emission reduction measurement method of straw-based BNG project was firstly established based on the natural decomposition baseline of crop straws by referring to UNFCCC methodology and IPCC guidelines for national GHG inventory. The straw-based BNG project in Linzhang County, Hebei Province was taken as an example, the GHG emission reduction measurement method established was adopted to conduct an empirical study. The results show that: Based on the baseline of natural decomposition of crop straw, CDM methodology and emission factor method were used to construct the measurement methods of baseline emission, project operation emission, project leakage emission and net emission reduction of GHG from straw-based BNG project. Using this measurement method, the CO2 emission of the baseline of the straw-based BNG project in Linzhang County, Hebei Province in 2019 was 1. 25×105 t, the project emission(CO2)was 1. 21×104 t, the leakage emission is 10. 24 t, and the net emission reduction is 1. 13×105 t, which was equivalent to about 4. 19×104 t of standard coal CO2 emissions. Therefore, the GHG emission reduction measurement system of straw-based BNG project based on natural decomposition of straw constructed in this study is of great significance for improving the GHG emission reduction estimation methodology system of BNG project and comprehensively evaluating the GHG emission reduction effect of BNG project.
