中国农业经济高质量发展的空间非均衡及收敛性

摘要:
为探索中国农业经济高质量区域协调发展路径,基于2000—2019年省域面板数据,采用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计、δ收敛和β收敛方法,实证考察了全国及三大地区农业经济高质量发展的区域差距、空间非均衡及其收敛性。结果表明:1)中国农业经济高质量发展总体差距和区域间差距均呈缩小趋势,但区域内差距仍较为突出,区域间差距是总体差距的主要来源;2)无论是全国还是区域层面,农业经济高质量发展的空间非均衡程度在逐渐缩小,然而目前仍存在显著的空间非均衡分布和区域极化现象,表现出明显的东、中、西梯次下降的空间分布格局;3)中国农业经济高质量发展存在显著的δ收敛特征、绝对β收敛和条件β收敛趋势,且三大地区具有明显的“追赶效应”,西部的收敛速度最快,其次是中部,东部最慢。最后,研究提出遵循相对比较优势、推进区域协同均衡发展、促进跃迁升级的政策启示。

Spatial disequilibrium and convergence of high quality development of agricultural economy in China

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to explore the path for high quality regional coordinated development of agricultural economy in China. Based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019, Dagum Gini coefficient, Kernel density estimation, δ convergence and β convergence methods were used to empirically investigate the regional disparity, spatial disequilibrium and convergence of high quality development of agricultural economy in three regions and all over China. The results show that: 1)The overall disparity of high quality development of agricultural economy in China and the disparity between regions are diminishing, but the regional disparity is still prominent, and the inter-regional disparity is the main source of the overall disparity. 2)At the national or regional level, the spatial disequilibrium of high quality development of agricultural economy is diminishing gradually. However, there are still significant spatial disequilibrium distribution and regional polarization, indicating obvious spatial distribution pattern of the east, the middle and the west ladder decline. 3)There are significant δ convergence characteristics, absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence trend in the high quality development of agricultural economy in China, and the three regions have obvious catch-up effect. Among them, the convergence rate is the fastest in the western region, followed by the central region and the slowest in the eastern region. Finally, three policy enlightenments are put forward to optimize the spatial disequilibrium pattern of high quality development of agricultural economy by following the comparative advantage, promoting regional coordinated development and facilitating transition and upgrading.
