西番莲营养品质与功能性成分研究及应用进展

摘要:
为全面了解西番莲属植物的营养价值,从西番莲营养品质研究发展现状着手,对西番莲的营养成分、生物活性物质及其应用等国内外研究成果进行梳理,重点归纳了西番莲品质构成及影响其变化的因素;对西番莲属植物次级代谢产物的合成与代谢过程进行了概括;分析了种植品种、栽培环境、养分调控、采收时期、存储条件及加工方法等对西番莲属植物营养品质含量的影响;针对西番莲属植物在观赏价值、环境修复、食品加工及医用价值开发等方面的应用进展进行了总结。综上可知,西番莲是一种富含营养和药用价值的植物,在食品、医药和化妆品等领域均具有巨大的开发利用价值,建议大力推动西番莲全产业链的发展及科研投入。

Research progress on the nutritional quality and functional substances of passionflower and its application

Abstract:
In order to comprehensively understand the nutritional value of passiflora, this paper started from the current research and development status of the nutritional quality of passiflora. The research results on nutrition composition, bioactive substances, and their application to passionflower are sorted. This review focuses on the influencing factors of quality and the composition of quality in passionflower summarizes. The synthesis and metabolic processes of secondary metabolites are summarized, the effects of planting varieties cultivation environment, nutrient regulation, harvesting time, storage conditions and the processing methods on the nutrient quality of passionflower are analyzed. The passionflower application in ornamental value, environmental restoration, food processing, and medical value development are also summarized. It is found that the passionflower is rich in nutrition and medicinal value, which has great development and utilization value in the fields of food, medicine and cosmetics. It is suggested to vigorously promote the development of passionflower and scientific research investment in the whole industry chain.
