基于“双评价”的科尔沁地区三生空间划定

摘要:
为在水土资源承载力的约束下科学合理的划定生态、生活和农业生产空间,以科尔沁区域为例,“双评价”为核心,探究国土空间优化布局。首先基于模糊综合评价法对区域水土资源承载力进行评价,并以农业生产保障、城镇建设潜力、生态屏障约束为导向构建国土空间适宜性评价体系,然后,基于“双评价”结果划定科尔沁地区的生态空间、生活空间和农业生产空间。结果表明:1)科尔沁区域生态、生活和农业生产的面积所占比例分别为50.00%、3.55%和46.45%。2)农业生产占地面积最大的地区为阜新市和白城市,生态面积最大的地区为赤峰市和兴安盟,生活适宜区主要集中在白城市。本研究可为科尔沁地区生态空间的保护、生活空间的发展以及农业生产种植区的选择提供依据。

Delineation of production-living-ecological space in Horqin region based on “double evaluation”

Abstract:
To delimit the ecological, living and agricultural production space scientifically and reasonably, under the restriction of water and soil resources carrying capacity, by taking the Horqin region an example, this study explored the optimal layout of territorial space with the “double evaluation” as the core. Firstly, the carrying capacity of region water and soil resources based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was evaluated, and the territorial space suitability evaluation system guided by agricultural production guarantee, urban construction potential and ecological barrier constraint was established. The ecological space, living space and agricultural production space in Horqin region were then determined based on the results of “double evaluation”. The results showed that: 1)The proportions of ecological, living and agricultural production areas in Horqin region were 50. 00%, 3. 55% and 46. 45%, respectively. 2)The largest area of agricultural production was in Fuxin city and Baicheng City, the largest ecological area was in Chifeng City and Xingan League, and the most suitable living areas were concentrated in Baicheng City. The study provided references for the protection of ecological space, the development of living space and the selection of agricultural planting areas in Horqin region.
