| 为探究我国是否具备成为“世界农业科学中心”的条件，采用典型的情报学方法分析论证了我国在建设世界农业科学中心方面已经具备的三大基础:一是农业是我国发展的基础和重中之重，为我国发展成为世界农业科学中心奠定了“国家之基”；二是我国农业科技在深度、广度、创新度和农业人才培养方面都有很大的发展和进步，为我国发展成为世界农业科学中心奠定了“科技之基”；三是“一带一路”“援非项目”等国际农业科技合作为我国发展成为世界农业科学中心提供了必要的经验和国际影响力，同时构建人类命运共同体理念和“大科学计划”“大科学工程”则为我国发展成为世界农业科技中心提供了理想指引和行动实践，这为我国发展成为世界农业科学中心奠定了“世界之基”。本研究还对我国后续推进农业科学中心建设的措施进行了相关讨论。 |

| Three foundations of building a world agricultural science center in China |

| Abstract: |
| In order to find out whether China has the conditions to become a “world agricultural science center”, the three foundations that China already has in building a world agricultural science center are analyzed and demonstrated by using typical information science methods. The three foundations are as follows: First, agriculture is the foundation and top priority of China's development, which has laid the “national foundation” for China to develop into the world agricultural science center; Second, China's agricultural science and technology has made great development and progress in depth, breadth, innovation and agricultural talent training, which has laid a “science and technology foundation” for China's development into a world agricultural science center; Third, “the Belt and aRoad” and “Aid Project for Africa” provide necessary experiences and international influences for our country to become the world agricultural science center. At the same time, the idea of constructing the community of human destiny and the “Big Science Plan” and “Big Science Project” will provide ideal guidance and action for our country to become the world agricultural science and technology center. This has laid an “international foundation” for China to develop into a world agricultural science center. This study also discusses the follow-up measures to promote the construction of the world agricultural science center in China. |
