蚯蚓粪、草炭与生物炭混合对基质理化性质和细菌群落组成、代谢的影响

摘要:
为探究草炭、蚯蚓粪分别与生物炭混合后在不同茬口中基质特性变化和影响细菌群落结构、代谢变化的驱动因素,为生物炭在无土栽培方面的利用提供理论依据。以黄瓜为研究对象,设计草炭、草炭+生物炭、蚯蚓粪和蚯蚓粪+生物炭4个处理,连续两茬栽培黄瓜,利用单因素、多因素方差分析和冗余分析等方法,探究蚯蚓粪和草炭分别与生物炭混合后基质养分变化及细菌群落结构变化的作用机制。结果表明:1)秋茬中,相较蚯蚓粪和草炭,草炭+生物炭和蚯蚓粪+生物炭处理黄瓜单果质量显著增加。2)秋茬及春茬中,蚯蚓粪+生物炭处理容重较蚯蚓粪处理降低;相较草炭和蚯蚓粪,草炭+生物炭和蚯蚓粪+生物炭处理全氮、有机质含量增加。3)秋茬中,相较草炭,草炭+生物炭处理细菌群落多样性、丰富度和均匀度均增加;不同处理显著影响细菌群落代谢功能;不同基质和不同茬口对基质养分及细菌群落组成多样性存在显著互作效应。4)细菌门水平与基质环境因子间的冗余分析发现,基质中的有机质含量、全氮水平和容重情况是细菌群落结构和多样性变化的关键驱动因素。综上,将草炭和蚯蚓粪分别与生物炭混合可提升基质养分和增加草炭细菌群落丰度及多样性。

Effects of peat or vermicompost mixed with biochar on the physical and chemical properties of the substrate and composition and metabolism of bacterial communities

Abstract:
The aims of this study were to explore the changes of substrate properties and the driving factors affecting bacterial community structure and metabolism changes after respectively mixing peat and vermicompost with biochar, and provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of biochar in soilless culture. Taking cucumber as the research object, four treatments, peat, ‘peat+biochar', vermicompost, and ‘vermicompost + biochar', were designed, and cucumber was cultivated for two consecutive crops. Single-factor and multi-factor analysis of variance and redundancy analysis were used to explore the mechanism of changes in matrix nutrients and bacterial community structure after mixing vermicompost or peat with biochar, respectively. The results showed that: 1)Compared with vermicompost and peat, the single fruit weight of cucumbers in ‘peat+biochar' and ‘vermicompost+biochar' increased significantly in autumn stubble. 2)In autumn and spring stubble, the bulk density of ‘vermicompost+biochar' was lower than that of the vermicompost. Compared with peat and vermicompost, the total nitrogen and organic matter contents of ‘peat+biochar' and ‘vermicompost+biochar' increased. 3)Compared with peat, the bacterial community diversity, richness and evenness increased in the ‘peat+biochar' treatment of the autumn stubble. Different substrates and different stubble had significant interaction effects on the substrate nutrients and bacterial community composition diversity. 4)The redundancy analysis between bacterial phylum level and substrate environmental factors found that the organic matter content, the total nitrogen level and bulk density in the substrate were the key drivers of bacterial community structure and diversity changes. In conclusion, tmixing peat or vermicompost with biochar can improve the substrate nutrients and increase the abundance and diversity of peat bacterial communities.
