基于文献计量分析洋葱研究热点与趋势

摘要:
为深入了解洋葱研究的发展现状、研究热点和前沿趋势,以2000—2020年Web of Science(WoS)数据库和中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的洋葱研究论文为数据来源,利用文献计量学方法,运用Citespace和Excel等软件对发文量、主要发文国家和机构、研究主题、研究前沿等进行统计分析。结果显示:1)WoS关于洋葱研究的发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势,主要出自美国、印度和日本等国家,总占比超过38%;以印度农业研究委员会、美国农业部和美国乔治亚大学等研究机构发文量最高;高水平的文献主要出自美国、日本和韩国等国家的研究机构、学者和期刊。2)CNKI关于洋葱研究的发文量呈现先上升后逐步回落的趋势,发文机构主要包括连云港市农业科学院、东北农业大学和山东农业大学等,总占比超过10%;高水平的文献主要出自北京理工大学、浙江大学和南京农业大学等院校;具有较高影响因子的期刊数量较少。3)国内外研究热点表现出趋同的发展趋势,专注于洋葱营养品质、抗氧化活性、栽培技术、品种选育和病虫害防治等方面;关键词突发性检测表明针对洋葱的酚类化合物、植物促根际细菌、间套作及综合利用等领域可能为研究前沿。以上计量分析结果可为洋葱的深入研究及促进其产业发展提供参考与借鉴。

Status and trends of onion(Allium cepa L.) research based on bibliometric analysis

Abstract:
To know the development status, hot spots and future trends of onion research, this study used the method of bibliometrics to analyze the international and domestic research progress and hot spotsin onion research field based on the Web of Science(WoS)database and China Knowledge Network(CNKI)database from 2000 to 2020. The similarities and differences of onion research progress of domestic and international were compared, and the hot spots and frontier trends of onion research were discussed through network analysis of cooperation, co-occurrence and mutation words by Citespace. The results showed that: The publication numbers kept increasing both in WoS and CNKI. In WoS, the main contribution countries were the United States, India and Japan, accounting for more than 38%. The international famous research institutions were the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, the US Department of Agriculture and the University of Georgia, which published the highest number of papers in this field. High-level and influential literature mainly came from research institutions, scholars and periodicals in developed countries such as the United States, Japan, South Korea. In China, the data statistics of the publication numbers by CNKI showed the mainly research institutions were Lianyungang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Northeast Agricultural University and Shandong Agricultural University, accounting for more than 10%. Relevant high-level and influential literature are mainly from Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University and Nanjing Agricultural University. However, the number of journals with high impact factors was small. The research hot spots at home and abroad showed a trend of converging development and focused on the nutritional quality, antioxidant activity, cultivation technology, varieties, pest control and its occurrence mechanism, intercropping, etc. The keywords of phenolic compounds discovered by sudden detection, plant promoting rhizosphere bacteria, intercropping and other research fields might be the research frontier in the future. The above econometric analysis results can provide reference for the in-depth research of onion and promote its industrial development.
