中国省域耕地与灌溉水资源利用效率及其耦合协调度的空间相关性分析

摘要:
为探讨在中国粮食安全紧平衡态势下,耕地和灌溉水资源利用效率及其耦合关系,依据2003—2019年中国31个省(市、自治区,统计数据未含港、澳、台地区,下同)面板数据,在测度耕地和灌溉水资源利用效率的基础上,通过构建耦合协调模型,揭示区域耕地和水资源利用效率的耦合协调关系及其时空演变特征,并运用莫兰指数,进一步分析耦合协调度的空间相关性。结果表明:1)中国耕地和灌溉水资源利用效率均呈上升趋势,灌溉水资源利用效率提升速度更快。2)中国耕地与灌溉水资源利用效率的耦合协调度处于良好耦合协调阶段,且空间差异显著,呈东部>东北>西部>中部的空间分布格局。3)中国耕地和灌溉水资源利用效率耦合协调度呈正空间自相关,具有空间集聚特征,但集聚态势在增强与减弱间来回波动。4)中国耕地和灌溉水资源利用效率耦合协调度主要集中在“高-高”和“低-低”集聚区,空间溢出效应显著,西部和东北地区的空间溢出效应比中东部强烈。研究结果可为中国灌溉水及耕地耦合适配,制定有关的政策建议提供了相关依据。

The use efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water and the spatial correlation analysis of its coupling coordination in China

Abstract:
In order to explore the utilization efficiency and coupling relationship of cultivated land and irrigation water resources under the situation of tight food security balance in China, he panel data of 31 provinces(The data do not include those of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. The same below. )from 2003 to 2019 is taken as study material. Based on the measurement of utilization efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water resources, a coupling coordination model is constructed. The coupling coordination relationship and spatial evolution characteristics of the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and water resources in the region are revealed. The spatial correlation of coupling coordination degree is further analyzed by using Moran index. The results show that: 1)The utilization efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water resources in China is rising, and the efficiency of irrigation water resources is increased faster. 2)The coupling coordination degree of the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water resources in China is in a good coupling coordination stage, and the spatial difference is significant, which shows the spatial distribution pattern of East>Northeast>West>central part. 3)The coupling coordination degree of the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water resources in China is positively spatial autocorrelated, and has the spatial agglomeration characteristics, but the agglomeration trend fluctuates back and forth between enhancement and weakening. 4)The coupling coordination degree of utilization efficiency of cultivated land and irrigation water resources in China is mainly concentrated in the “high high” and “low low” concentration areas, and the spatial spillover effect is significant. The spatial spillover effect in the West and Northeast is stronger than that in the Middle East. The research provides the basis for the coupling of irrigation water and cultivated land in China and the formulation of relevant policy suggestions.
