桃不同品种对低温胁迫的生理响应及评价

摘要:
为探讨桃不同品种的抗寒性,给我国北方地区桃品种选择提供科学依据,以12个桃品种的一年生枝条为材料,研究低温胁迫(-10、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35和-40 ℃)对相对电导率(REC)、发芽率、束缚水/自由水、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸质量分数的影响,并运用隶属函数法对其抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随胁迫温度的降低,12个桃品种枝条的REC变化趋势呈“S”形,半致死温度(LT50)介于-24.30~-17.88 ℃;发芽率呈逐渐下降的趋势;束缚水/自由水、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度和可溶性蛋白质量分数呈先升高后降低趋势;可溶性糖、脯氨酸质量分数呈升-降-升-降的变化趋势;12个桃品种抗寒性强弱顺序为:‘秋恋’>‘晚蜜’>‘秋燕’>‘03-49-079’>‘承德2号’>‘承德1号’>‘大久保’>‘庆丰’>‘02-13-140’>‘03-22-034’>‘春雪’>‘金奥’。综上,隶属函数法适用于桃的抗寒性准确评价,‘秋恋’‘晚蜜’‘秋燕’抗寒性强,在北方桃产区可安全越冬;‘春雪’‘金奥’抗寒性差,不建议北方桃产区引种栽培,或在越冬期间采取一定的防寒保护措施。

Physiological response and evaluation of different peach varieties under low temperature stress

Abstract:
In order to explore the cold resistance of different peach varieties and provide scientific basis for species selection of peach in north area of China, one-year-old branches of twelve peach varieties were used as the experimental materials. The relative electrical conductivity(REC), germination rate, the ratio of bound and free water content, malondialdehyde(MDA)molalities, the mass fractions of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline were investigated under low temperature stress(-10、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35 and -40 ℃). The cold resistance of each variety was evaluated by using membership function method. The results showed that: The REC of the twelve peach varieties increased displaying an S-curve shape with the decrease of temperature. The semi-lethal temperatures(LT50)were between -24. 30 and -17. 88 ℃; The germination rate gradually decreased. The ratio of bound and free water content and the mass fractions of soluble protein and MDA molalities increased at first and then decreased; The change trend of mass fractions of soluble suger and proline was ascending-descending-ascending-descending; The cold resistance of twelve peach varieties was in order of ‘Qiulian'>‘Wanmi'>‘Qiuyan'>‘03-49-079'>‘Chengde-2'>‘Chengde-1'>‘Okubo'>‘Qingfeng'>‘02-13-140'>‘03-22-034'>‘Spring Snow'>‘Jinao'. In summary, the membership function could be used to accurately identify cold resisitance of peach varieties. ‘Qiulian' ‘Wanmi' ‘Qiuyan' varieties can safely overwinter with strong cold resistance. ‘Spring Snow' ‘Jinao' varieties are not suggested to be introduced and cultivate in north area of China, or they need special attention against cold in winter.
