试论矿区生态保护修复中的弹性思维

摘要:
利用文献资料综合分析法、类比分析法和逻辑推理法,将弹性思维引入矿区生态保护修复,构建新时期下生态保护修复概念模型和差异化修复策略,以期为碳达峰和碳中和目标实现奠定基础。结果表明:1)弹性思维的核心即事物皆在变化,要不断地将新的标准和技术引入到生态保护修复体系中,使矿区可持续发展能力不断增强,生态保护修复需考虑系统的尺度效应、可持续性、适应性循环和阈值效应;2)矿区弹性是多个复杂系统的集成,需要多方面统筹协调,增强矿区弹性可以更好应对环境、生态和社会问题;3)新时期强调生态系统弹性建设,应从规划层面、技术层面和管理层面3个维度制定差异化的矿区生态保护修复策略。综上,弹性思维为新时期矿区生态保护修复提供新思路,是实现可持续发展的新生态观。

Resilience thinking in ecological protection and restoration in mining areas

Abstract:
To achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality lay the foundation, this study uses the comprehensive analysis method of literature data, and introduces resilience thinking into the ecological protection and restoration of mining areas, analogy analysis and logical reasoning to construct a conceptual model of ecological protection and restoration in the new era and differentiated restoration strategies. The main conclusions are as follows: 1)The core of resilience thinking is that everything is changing, and new standards and technologies must be continuously introduced into the ecological protection and restoration system to continuously enhance the sustainable development capabilities of mining areas. Scale effect, sustainability, adaptive cycle and threshold effect should be considered in ecological conservation and restoration. 2)The resilience of the mining area is the integration of multiple complex systems, which requires coordination in many aspects. Enhancing the resilience of the mining area can better deal with environmental, ecological and social issues. 3)In the new era, the construction of ecological system resilience should be emphasized, and differentiated ecological protection and restoration strategies should be formulated from three dimensions of planning, technology and management. Therefore, resilience thinking provides new ideas for the environmental management of mining areas in the new era, and is a new ecological concept to achieve sustainable development.
