山区县域“生产-生活-生态”空间格局演化及其生态环境效应——以豫西登封市为例

摘要:
为探究山区“生产-生活-生态”空间格局变化及其生态环境效应,以豫西山区典型县域河南省登封市为实证研究对象,基于1990—2019年4期遥感卫星影像进行解译并提取各期土地利用数据,按照“生产-生活-生态”(简称三生)功能,划分一级和二级土地类型,并通过土地利用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数、用地转移的生态贡献率、自相关分析等方法,定量探讨登封市“三生”空间演化及其生态环境效应。结果表明:1)1990—2019年,农业生产用地、林地生态用地和牧草生态用地持续减少,而城镇生活用地、乡村生活用地和工矿生产用地增幅明显,城镇生活用地增幅最高。2)一方面导致登封市生态环境质量逐年恶化的原因为低质量区面积持续扩张,研究期内面积由228.96 增至256.41 km2;另一方面导致生态环境质量持续改善的原因主要为农业生产用地转化为水域生态用地,以及牧草生态用地转化为林地生态用地。总体来说,生态环境恶化的趋势远高于改善趋势。生态环境质量重心主要分布在东金店乡,研究期内持续向西北方向转移。3)县域生态环境质量具有较强的空间正相关性。其中,“高-高”型区域集聚在北部的嵩山和南部大熊山等山区,“低-低”型聚集区多分布在登封市区及大冶镇—阳城工业区形成的工业走廊沿线。综上,该研究可为豫西山区“三生”空间优化提供参考,也可以为同类地区国土空间规划和生态文明建设提供决策依据。

Pattern evolution and eco-environmental effects of “production, life and ecology” space in mountainous counties: Taking Dengfeng City in western Henan Province as an example

Abstract:
In order to explore the spatial pattern change of “production, life and ecology” and its effect on ecological environment in mountainous areas, Dengfeng City, a typical county level location in western Henan Province, was taken as the research object. Based on the remote sensing satellite images from 1990 to 2019, the land use data of each period were interpreted and extracted. This study divided the land types into the first and second classes according to the function of “production, life and ecology”, and quantitatively discussed the “production, life and ecology” space evolution and eco-environmental effects on Dengfeng City by means of land use transfer matrix, eco-environmental quality index, ecological contribution rate of land transfer and autocorrelation analysis. The results showed that: 1)During the evolution of “production, life and ecology” space from 1990 to 2019, the agricultural production land, forest ecological land and herbage ecological land continued decreasing, while urban living land, rural living land and industrial mining production land increased significantly, among which the urban living land increased the most. 2)The eco-environmental quality of Dengfeng City was deteriorating year by year, and the low-quality area kept expanding, the area increased from 228. 96 to 256. 41 km2 during the study period. The factors leading to the improvement of ecological environment quality were the conversion of agricultural production land into water ecological land, and grassland ecological land into woodland ecological land. The trend of ecological environment deterioration was much higher than that of improvement. The ecological environment quality center of gravity mainly distributed in the town of Dongjindian, and continued to shift to the northwest, and the trend slowed down after 2000. 3)There wwere strong spatial positive correlations among the ecological environment quality of counties. Among them, the “high-high” type area was concentrated in Songshan Mountain areas in the north and Daxiongshan areas in the south, while “low-low” type area was mainly distributed along the industrial corridor formed by Dengfeng City and the town of Daye and Yangcheng Industrial Zone. In conclusion, this study provided references for the optimization of “production, life and ecology” space in the mountainous areas of western Henan Province, and decision-making basis for land space planning and ecological civilization construction in similar areas.
