微孔膜灌溉随水施不同肥量对黄瓜光合参数、养分特征、品质及产量的影响

摘要:
本研究以黄瓜为试验材料,利用微孔膜灌溉技术,研究了随水施不同肥量处理下黄瓜干物质积累、光合特性、营养元素分配、品质和产量的变化规律,明确了微孔膜灌溉条件下适宜黄瓜栽培生产的最优施肥量。以膜下沟灌随水施肥量为对照(CK),微孔膜灌溉随水施肥量共设5个梯度:57.0 kg/667 m2(FA)、69.0 kg/667 m2(FB)、81.0 kg/667 m2(FC)、93.0 kg/667 m2(FD)和105.0 kg/667 m2(FE)。结果表明:1)FC处理中净光合速率和蒸腾速率均最大,而分别在FE处理和FD处理中最低,差异达显著水平;2)FC处理促进了黄瓜植株中P的积累,根、茎和叶中P含量均显著高于CK处理,且随土壤深度的增加FC处理下土壤中N、P和K含量均逐渐减少;3)维生素C含量在FC和FD处理下最高,分别较最低值FE处理提高64.5%和78.5%,可溶性蛋白含量也以FC处理下最大且显著高于CK处理;4)同CK处理相比,黄瓜产量、水分利用效率和肥料偏生产力在FB和FC处理中均显著增加。通过综合评价得出微孔膜灌溉条件下适宜黄瓜栽培的施肥量为FC处理,即81.0 kg/667 m2

Effects of different fertilizer amounts on photosynthetic parameters, nutrient characteristics, quality and yield of cucumber under microporous film irrigation

Abstract:
In this study, the effects of different fertilization treatments on cucumber dry matter accumulation, photosynthetic characteristics, nutrient element allocation, quality and yield were investigated under microporous film irrigation. The optimal fertilization amount suitable for cucumber cultivation and production was defined. There were 5 treatments under microporous film irrigation: 57. 0 kg/667 m2(FA), 69. 0 kg/667 m2(FB), 81. 0 kg/667 m2(FC), 93. 0 kg/667 m2(FD)and 105. 0 kg/667 m2(FE), and fertilization with furrow irrigation under plastic film as the control. The results showed that: 1)The net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate were the highest in FC treatment, and the lowest in FE treatment and FD treatment, respectively. 2)FC treatment promoted accumulation of P, and P content in roots, stems and leaves were significantly increased compared that in CK. With the increase of soil depth, theN, P and K contents in the soil gradually were decreased under FC treatment. 3)The content of vitamin C was the highest in both FC and FD treatment and was respectively increased by 64. 5% and 78. 5% compared with those of FE treatment, which was the lowest. The soluble protein content was also the largest under FC treatment and was significantly higher than that of CK treatment. 4)The yield, irrigation water use efficiency and fertilizer partial productivity under FB and FC treatment were significantly higher than those of CK. The results of comprehensive evaluation concluded that the amount of fertilization suitable for cucumber cultivation under microporous film irrigation was FC treatment, which was 81. 0 kg/667 m2.
