社会资本、生态认知与农户合理施肥行为——基于结构方程模型的实证分析

摘要:
利用长江流域614份调研数据,对社会资本、生态认知与合理施肥行为的关系进行了研究,并以兼业经历和家庭收入作为调节变量进行了多群组分析。结果表明:第一,稻虾户实施合理施肥行为的比例为57.82%。第二,社会网络和生态认知对合理施肥行为产生了直接的激励效应,社会信任和社会规范则对生态认知有着直接正向效应;同时在生态认知的作用机制下,社会信任和社会规范还对合理施肥行为有着间接激励效应。第三,无兼业经历和低收入农户的社会网络和生态认知对合理施肥行为影响更显著。为此,我们得出应加强对稻虾共养模式的培训、丰富村集体组织活动、鼓励稻虾户相互学习以加强其生态认知进而促进合理施肥行为。

Social capital, ecological cognition and rational fertilization behavior of farmers: Empirical analysis based on structural equation model

Abstract:
Based on 614 survey data in the Yangtze River Basin, the relationship between social capital, ecological cognition and rational fertilization behavior was explored, and a multi-group analysis was conducted with part-time employment experience and family income as the moderating variables. The results showed that: 1)The proportion of reasonable fertilization was 57. 82%. 2)The social network and ecological cognition had a direct incentive effect on rational fertilization behavior, while social trust and social norms displayed a direct positive effect on ecological cognition. At the same time, under the mechanism of ecological cognition, social trust and social norms also had indirect incentive effect on rational fertilization behavior. 3)The social network and ecological cognition of low-income farmers with no part-time experience had more significant influence on rational fertilization behavior. In conclusion, to enhance their ecological cognition and promote rational fertilization behavior, training on the rice and shrimp co-breeding mode, enriching the village collective organization activities and encouraging rice and shrimp farmers to learn from each other should be strengthened.
